I came to Wreck Room CrossFit because I wanted to gain muscle/weight to prepare for college basketball.
My first impression was this is going to be hard and I still think it’s hard but well worth the pain.
My first goal- Gain weight, get stronger. I have gained 13lbs over the summer and it’s all muscle.  I was 197lbs prior, and now weigh 210lbs.  This is proof that your CrossFit training works!
My goal now is to get my chest bigger, and continue to get stronger.
My arms have changed the most and I have more confidence in my abilities.
