There are many times throughout the year that we have something come up and we cannot get into the gym.  Whether it is vacations in the summer, traveling during the holidays, or you are working long days and just cant get here during class time we still want to make sure we are getting some work in.   Below is a list of different WODs that you can do just about anywhere.  

We also want to give you as much push and motivation as we can while you are doing these workouts and likely doing them by yourself.  All of these WODs have been loaded into WODIFY for you to record your results.  You will not be able to view the WODs on WODIFY but you will be able to pull it up to record results.  

Here is how:  Menu—–>Add Results—–>Custom WOD—–>Search for Travel WOD #—–>Enter Results

From a computer you are able to view a leader board with the results for the top 3 men and the top 3 women for each.  There’s a little extra motivation!

7 Minute AMRAP of Burpees

(Do 5 push-ups after each set of air squats)

EMOM for 20 minutes – 100 Meter Sprint

(Pick anywhere; street, beach, field and you can measure this easily with 100 slightly larger than normal steps.  Every step is roughly 1 meter.)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1    Burpees

2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20    Sit-ups

(Do 10 burpees then 2 sit-ups.  9 burpees then 4 sit-ups.  Keep alternating back and forth)

200 Meter Run

10 Push-ups

(Pick anywhere; street, beach, field and you can measure this easily with 100 slightly larger than normal steps.  Every step is roughly 1 meter. Rounds trip is 200 meters.)

Travel WOD #6

400 Meter Walking Lunge

(Each lunge is approximately 1 meter.  Do you best to find a 400 meter route or a 200 meter route you can do twice.  It will make it much more bearable.  Otherwise you do 400 lunges in total which can get tedious very quick.)
