At Wreck Room CrossFit we focus on how our bodies perform rather than body image. We work to be faster and stronger and not isolate muscles for bodybuilding. We perform movements that are required for independent every day living. We do not take short cuts, we work really hard. We help our members reach the fitness goals they desire and develop their maximal potential. We truly want to improve their quality of life.

Wreck Room CrossFit is a 4000 square foot strength and conditioning facility that utilizes the methodology of CrossFit. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements are necessary for independent living. Our programming aims to improve your capacity in the ten recognized fitness domains, cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
